Students today will be facing a job market that is extremely different in the future.  The job skills that will be required are those that include self-management, self-direction, and high tech literacy.  As educators, we must teach students to be self- managed and directed, proficient in computer technology, gather and process information, analyze, problem solve, and evaluate it to create new ideas, demonstrate understanding in some product or presentation which future occupations will require. 

I have high expectations for all my students and work to provide my students with the necessary skills they need for the "new millennium".
